The S&P Songsmith Concert Hall Acoustic Guitar features a stunning spruce top that offers a broad dynamic range, versatility, bright tonal character and accommodates numerous playing techniques with ease. The wood itself is quite elastic in nature, which resonates well whilst remaining strong, and provides a focused, clear sound of deep lows, warm mid-range and bright, singing highs. The spruce top is contrasted beautifully by the wild cherry laminate back and sides, offering similar tonal properties that fall between the mellow tone of mahogany, and the bright sound of maple. Overall, this guitar delivers a rich blend of quality tonewoods that shine through with each chord, note or strum.
