Only the highest quality, aged Grenadilla wood is selected for the Leblanc LCL411S Serenade II. The wood then goes through a multi-stage ageing and treatment process. This detailed process means there's less chance of the wood cracking and the clarinet is less susceptible to temperature and humidity, which can affect the sound. Precise engineering

Enjoy a quick response and even intonation. The Leblanc LCL411S Serenade II uses a newly updated tone hole drilling process to give solid intonation across all registers. The trill keys have been moved up so that they're out of the waterline, meaning there's less chance of water getting underneath the pads and interfering with the sound quality.

The updated cold-forged keys on the LCL411 add durability to the instrument. The keywork has been manufactured to high standards of precision for higher tolerance and consistency across all instruments. There are strict quality controls in place to measure everything down to the pad height, so that the keys play smoothly and will last. Because of the double set up process, the keys are tested again after the clarinet has had time to rest. You can also adapt the sound of your instrument to suit your taste using the two barrel options: 64mm and 66mm. The LCL411S clarinet also comes with a Leblanc 'K' hard rubber mouthpiece and ligature, so you can start practising straight away.
