Crashing the edge produces a consistent, explosive attack with a short decay and sustain. It's a sweet, medium voiced cymbal with a quick attack, and plenty of warm and desirable undertones.

Free 18'' A Custom crash

An explosive, quick-attack crash that hits the perfect blend of crisp and brightness. The cutting attack decays quickly to leave beautiful, shimmering and warm undertones. The bell ping is bright and well-defined. When playing lower dynamics the 18'' A Custom crash produces warm tones with a focused attack. This free crash blends perfectly with the 16'' crash included in this package and provides an excellent contrasting sound.
