This proprietary technique involves saturating the Poplar and Mahogany wood plies with Pearl's AcoustiGlue - permeating each pore and drying to the wood's exact consistency. The plies are then baked in high-temperature with 1000 PSI of hydraulic pressure to produce indestructible shells that exhibit rich, thunderous tones and outstanding resonance.
