The ash body is a dense but lightweight to reduce stress during long playing sessions, whilst the stunning maple neck with compound radius ensures once you pick up the American Dimension Jazz Bass, you will never want to put it down.
Designed for fast playing and effortless position changes, the compound profile neck with a 9.5"-14" compound radius fingerboard is ideal for all playing styles. An asymmetrical "C" shape neck is coupled with a streaked ebony fingerboard, and genuine bone nut for optimum comfort and playability.
The Fender American Elite Dimension Bass is equipped with a set of Dimension Humbucking pickups that deliver a classic Fender tone, along with powerful dynamics that will easily cut through any mix. As well as this, this American Elite bass also features modern active electronics, including an 18-volt onboard preamp and a three-band active EQ for achieving the perfect tone.
The HiMass Vintage bridge increases note attack and resonance for thunderous basslines with mammoth punch and near-endless sustain while allowing either top-load or strings-thru-body stringing. In a vintage-inspired touch, the new truss rod adjustment wheel has been moved to the butt end of the neck for easier access, making neck relief adjustments simple and easy.
