The American Professional Stratocaster HSS is an evolution of the iconic 1954 Stratocaster design, giving you everything you need to evoke the classic tones and aesthetics of this prolific guitar. The American Pro Strat features a modern playing specification and HSS pickup configuration to give modern players the versatility and easy playing-experience they require. The Pro Strat features an alder body with a maple neck - a classic combination that is reminiscent of some early Stratocaster models, giving a bright and resonant core sound.

Versatile HSS Pickup Configuration

The HSS pickup configuration is one of the most versatile and can create huge range of sounds. The American Pro Strat has a bridge-position ShawBucker which gives the power required for rock and hot-rodded Strat sounds, while the middle/neck-position V-Mod single-coils provide the nuance and mellow sound required for funky strumming, bluesy lead tones, and more. With the 5-way switch, you'll be able to access sounds for almost any genre of music. The Pro Strat also features a treble-bleed circuit, so you'll maintain clarity when you roll down the guitar's volume control.

Smooth Neck Playability

The American Pro Strat has a modern neck-specification to give a smooth playing-feel. The 9.5'' fingerboard radius is combined with narrow-tall frets which enable easy string bends and accurate intonation. The neck has a "Deep C" profile which fills the left hand comfortably, as well as providing enhanced sustain.

Stable Hardware

The American Pro Strat features a modern 2-point synchronized tremolo for a smooth whammy bar action. The whammy bar is a pop-in design for enhanced stability, while the vintage-style saddles provide full action/intonation adjustment and a classic aesthetic. The guitar is packed in an Elite Moulded case, so you'll be able to get gigging straight away.
