View Full DescriptionMahogany Body with Traditional Weight Relief
The 2015 LPM features a mahogany body with traditional weight relieving body routs. Affectionately known by players as the 'cheese holes', these strategic holes are positioned on the bass side of the body, offering players a slight reduction in weight whilst retaining the solid feel and full bodied tone. The body is then capped by a plain maple rounded top.
'61 Zebra Humbucker Pickups
The 2015 LPM features a pair of Gibson '61 zebra humbucker pickups. These hot pickups feature unbalanced wiring resulting in plenty of output for your killer tone. These humbuckers can drive hard when you need aggressive power, but they also clean up nicely when you want to drop things back a notch.
New Tune-O-Matic Bridge - Easier Than Ever
For 2015, Gibson have made significant improvements to their famous 'Tune-O-Matic' bridge. The bridge can now be adjusted quickly using a hex wrench, allowing players to make fast and precise adjustments to the action of their guitar. When combined with the adjustable zero fret nut, the new bridge gives players an unprecedented level of quick set up options.
