Explore the very best of a legendary effect. In producing the True Spring, Source Audio engineers Bob Chidlaw and Jesse Remignanti painstakingly studied every idiosyncrasy of the reverb effect. Them doing their homework has paid off. They've been able to create reverb with all-encompassing sound like no other pedal.
Replicating the sounds of the very first reverb design from the 1930s, the True Spring has exceptional sonic purity. Your effects will never sound processed or synthetic. Using an actual set of spring coils within the pedal, the True Spring takes an instrument's signal, captures the distinct voice of the sound bouncing back and forth between the springs, and applies it to your overall sound.
There are three preset modes to choose from. Experience smooth, twangy reverb with a short spring setting. Use the long spring mode to give you lengthy, deep reverb decays. Enjoy bouncing, animated reverb sound with the tank spring mode. Reverb has never been this varied.
Make your music stand out. The True Spring also comes equipped with three different tremolo settings. You can combine any of the pedal's scintillating reverb effects with tremolo to craft a sound that is truly original.
Give your playing a choppy, wavering character with the opto tremolo mode. Modulate your bass and treble frequencies to create intricate, phaser-like sound with the harmonic tremolo setting. Bias tremolo can give a smooth, slightly overdriven voice that's perfect for rock 'n' roll. These are tremolo effects that sound amazing on their own. When you combine them with reverb, the results are unique and unbelievable.
Never be limited. The True Spring is the perfect unit to allow you to continue crafting and creating incredible, individual sounds without restraint. This is thanks to Source Audio's Neuro Editing System. The software provides you with a gigantic editing toolbox to give you total control over your pedal's sound.
You can download the Neuro Mobile App for free on the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android. There's also a free desktop version suitable for Mac and Windows. With this, you can intricately customise voices for your pedal, giving you an immense range of sonic possibilities. Up to 128 effect presets can be stored to your pedal, meaning your choice will be massive. This is an effects unit with the power to help you sound however you want.
Founded in 2005, Source Audio have come a long way in their relatively short existence. Their ethos is to provide pedals of the most premium quality, no matter how long they take to create. As such, their units have attracted much praise, and have won a number of awards for effects innovation.
