Small enough to fit in the pocket of a gig bag but big enough to fill a serious venue, the MiBass 220 puts out 220W of warm, authoritative Ashdown tone. A plethora of features are packed into this compact bass head that measures just 8.3 x 2.6 x 6.3 inches - and that includes an internal power supply.

View Full DescriptionThe front panel includes switchable Active/Passive instrument input, allowing you to match the input signal to your bass. The preamp features a 7 band semi-parametric EQ for precision tone shaping. The rotary controls allow you to select the frequency, while the sliders cut or boost to the exact amount needed. The 'Deep' button will add even more low end, while the 'Shape' button gives a more slap-happy tone. The EQ can also be bypassed completely with the EQ In/Out switch.
The line input on the front panel includes level control, so you can hook up an mp3 player for practising.
Around the back, a pair of Jack/Speakon speaker outputs share space with a Pre/Post switchable balanced DI output for direct connection to a PA or recording console. FX Send/Return lets you add your favourite effects, while the headphone jack is great for silent practice.
