View Full DescriptionProviding a warm and emotive tone with excellent sustain, the VD1 captures the classic sound which occurs when a tube amp is cranked up - distinct from the heavily-saturated tones produced by most metal and hard rock distortion pedals. Additionally, the dedicated Tone, Level and Sustain controls allow you to shape your sound to suit your needs, whether you wish to add a slight edge or full-blown crunch.
The status LED tells you when the VD1 is active, while a top-quality on/off switch maintains highest signal integrity in bypass mode. You can power the VD1 with either a 9 V battery or Behringer's PSU-SB DC power supply (not included).
