DiMarzio Humbucker and Single Coil Pickups

the Limited Edition Charvel guitar features three different DiMarzio pickups in a HSH setup, creating incredible versatility that can handle even the fiercest solos. In the bridge position is the DiMarzio Super Distortion humbucker, offering an excellent blend of power and tone with a big low end, boosted mids, and fat highs. The FS-1 Single Coil pickup is situated in the middle, offering a reverse wind reverse polarity setup that produces incredibly fat, smooth tones with plenty of volume. A PAF Pro is situated at the neck, combining presence and cut with an open-sounding PAF vibe. The neck pickup can be used to give low notes a snappy, chunky tonality, while allowing the high end to stand out and keeping the mids sharp.

Charvel guitars have always being designed and built for speed, and this limited edition model is built for the harder side of rock. Everything about this guitar is made to survive the most extreme and brutal playing styles, from its solid quartersawn maple neck with graphite reinforcement and scarf joint, to its solid alder body. Like other Charvel guitars, the Super Stock DK24 is built for speed, featuring a compound radius maple fingerboard with a Charvel speed profile that’s perfect for lightning fast playing and completely unhindered position changes.

Compound Radius Neck

The Charvel guitar features a unique and innovative compound-radius fretboard design, in which the fingerboard gradually flattens toward the heel from its more rounded profile at the nut. This provides a smooth playability for both chords and riffs whilst the flattened heel allows sensational accessibility and speed at the high register, perfect for both lead and rhythm players.

Floyd Rose Locking Tremolo

For many years Floyd Rose has been the leading manufacturer and designer of floating, locking tremolos. With a design that has stood strong for over 30 years the Floyd Rose locking tremolo allows you to adjust the string tension and pitch with the removable whammy bar to create unique sounds such as dive bombs. Unlike non-locking tremolo's the Floyd Rose bridge can make huge changes in pitch but still retain the initial tuning by the addition of a locking nut at the end of the headstock.
