Alder Body

The alder body offers incredibly balanced tones and the perfect dynamic range to suit a variety of musical styles. Alder provides excellent sustain and resonance, as well as bright, sizzling highs, rounded lows, and beefy midrange.

Maple Neck With Ebony Fingerboard

The Pro Mod So Cal Style neck is made from solid maple and features a pair of graphite reinforcement rods which make it sturdy and durable. The maple neck offers bright, clear sounds with plenty of twang, and the bolt-on construction provides added snap. The maple neck is paired with an ebony fingerboard for excellent attack, as well as a sharp top end and tight, well-defined lows.

Seymour Duncan Distortion Pickups

The Pro Mod So Cal Style 1 is loaded with a pair of Duncan Distortion pickups, consisting of the SH-6N at the neck and the Trembucker at the bridge. The neck pickup is extremely hot and aggressive; yet it still produces good clarity, and smooth tones under high gain. The bridge Trembucker pickup is equally as fierce as the neck, with its large ceramic magnet it can produce hardcore metal and rock tones with excellent harmonics. The Trembucker is ideal for hard, heavy styles, crunchy tones and soaring leads. Together they make a match made in rock and metal heaven.

Quality Hardware

With a Floyd Rose 1000 Tremolo, Charvel Branded Sealed Die-Cast Tuners and a Floyd Rose Locking Nut, the Pro Mod So Cal Style 1 guitar is equipped with quality hardware for a reliable and versatile performance. The Floyd Rose 1000 series recessed tremolo bridge system allows you to produce a range of unique sounds and dive bombs, whilst the locking nut provides advanced tuning stability so that you don't need to worry.
