Featuring a Maple body and top with a unique spalted finish the Exotica has a unique grain and wooden texture that is individual to each model of guitar. Providing a crisp and clear middle response with a tight and focused output the Exotica Spalt Maple delivers a long sustain and punchy tone perfect for a range of playing styles and genres.

DMT Electronics & 3-Band EQ

The Exotica features a versatile DMT Designed preamp and pickup system which allows you to connect the Exotica directly to amps, PA systems and DI outputs to amplify its natural tone. Without the need to mic up the guitar's sound hole the Dean Exotica allows you to deliver a larger amount of stage presence whilst the on board 3-band EQ and presence controls allow tonal shaping options to optimize your perfect tone before it even reaches the PA.
