The 5M has a classic bass tone enhanced by the harmonious, distinctive Aguilar sound. The bass also features an OBP-3 preamp that offers an array of sonic possibilities.
The ESP LTD BB1005 Bunny Brunel Fretless Bass Guitar crafted from alder and features a cutaway for easier access to the higher frets. Alder is a lightweight yet strong sounding tonewood, which makes it ideal for a bass due to its clear, full bodied tone. The lightweight wood also adds to the comfort of the guitar, making it a great bass for serious musicians who wish to play all night long.
The ESP LTD BB1005 Bass is topped with quilt maple, which gives it a beautiful appearance. Although it is not just for aesthetics, the maple top also provides the alder body with a brighter and more defined tone. This stunning quilt maple top is finished in burnt orange for an eye-catching look which is sure to stand out on stage.
The sturdy, 3-piece maple neck offers a smooth and comfortable playing experience. The bright tones from the maple are enhanced by the fretless ebony fingerboard, which is known for its extremely responsive and snappy attack. The fretless fingerboard creates a unique, retro sound that is different to a fretted bass guitar, and perfect for players who use sliding techniques.
