The EC-256FM features a solid mahogany body with a flamed maple top, creating soft, warm tones with a visually stunning and unique aesthetic. The body’s tonewood provides incredible depth, offering enough grind and bite to create balanced tones with full, tight lows and appealing highs. The mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard infuse the guitar with warmth to create a mellow tone, contributing complexity to the high end while keeping the lows thick and creamy.
A set of ESP designed humbuckers provide the ESP guitar with its ferocious power, with the LH-150N offering an open tone whilst the LH-150B a beautifully bright sound. The guitar also features a tune-o-matic bridge and tailpiece to improve string stability, and LTD machine heads to enhancing tuning stability. The ESP LTD is a beautifully designed instrument, with a moulded nut, x-jumbo frets, and chrome hardware.
The guitar’s tone features a push/pull setup, allowing you to switch the pickup settings from a standard humbucking mode to a single coil. By using a coil tap design, the pickups provide a huge amount of tonal options for the ultimate versatility, excellent for live situations when an array of tones are required.
