Key Features
The first Fender Jaguar Bass to be made in the US, the American Standard has a sleek and powerful beauty. Upgrades include a versatile P/J pickup configuration, combination top-load/string-through body, a high mass vintage bridge and lightweight Fender 'F' tuners with A-string retainer.
Product Ref: 49725
The Precision Bass pickup is split-single-coil, made with alnico 5 magnets, while the American Standard's single-coil Jazz Bass bridge pickup has ceramic bar magnets with hex-screw pole pieces.
All your favourite Jaguar Bass features are still there - including the fast, comfortable maple neck with 9.5" radius rosewood fingerboard and 20 medium jumbo frets. There are elegantly aged pearloid block inlays, too, and a multi-ply pickguard.
Electronics include a lower horn pickup with on/off and series/parallel switching, and an upper horn active/passive switch for dual circuit design with inset bass and treble control wheels.
A hard shell case is included with this Fender American Standard Jaguar Bass.
