Key Features
The Gibson Les Paul Signature "T" electric guitar is a tribute to the legendary guitar's inventor that honours his memory while giving the power and versatility demanded by today's gigging guitarist. The guitar combines traditional tonewoods, enhanced playing comfort and PAF-style humbucking pickups with coil-switching, and the classic Gold Top finish looks great.

The Les Paul Signature "T" starts with the same combination that helped make these guitars legendary when they first arrived six decades ago. The carved solid Grade-AA Figured Maple top gives bite and articulation while the select mahogany back offers superb warmth and depth and has been treated with Gibson's traditional weight relief to improve playing comfort and resonance.
The neck of the guitar is made from solid, quarter-sawn mahogany, glued-in and carved to the fast 60s SlimTaper™ profile. The rich brown Granadillo fingerboard has 22 medium-jumbo frets and trapezoid inlays, topped off with traditional cream binding.
The pair of Gibson '57 Classic™ pickups give a blend of vintage tone and modern versatility, and are mounted "open coil" for a subtle hotrod look. Made in the image of the hallowed PAF humbucker of the late 1950s with Alnico II magnets, the neck position features a '57 Classic for plenty of warmth and clarity while the bridge position sports a '57 Classic Plus with slightly over-wound coils for juicy crunch and wailing lead tones. Both are wax-potted to avoid microphone squeal at high volume levels, and feature push-pull tone controls giving coil-splitting for authentic single-coil tones.
