Semi-Hollow Maple Body

The Semi-hollow body on the Viking Deluxe offers great tonal versatility which ranges from a bright clean tone, over to a much crunchier blues/rock tone when the amp’s gain increases. The all Maple construction means the guitar’s shape and size can transfer the feel and weight of your playing into a true, honest hollowbody tone. It’s smoothly double cut, double F hole body provides a stylish classic shape whilst the elegant Trapeze tailpiece finished in chrome compliments the stunning Desert Haze body finish.

Hagstrom HJ-50 Pickups

The Hagstrom HJ-50 pickups offer a bright, crisp and articulate tone. Designed to complement the larger reverb caused by the chambered body without producing overwhelming amounts of undesirable overtones the HJ-50 humbucking pickups respond well to a variety of playing styles offering a dynamic and versatile tone.

Resinator Fingerboard

The unique Resinator fingerboard offers the pronounced tone and fluid playability of a more traditional Ebony fingerboard but is however constructed of a Mahogany/composite blend to reduce the amount of endangered Ebony timber used in guitar production. Offering the same great playability and tone Resinator fretboards are fast becoming more popular with modern players as it is a responsible and eco-friendly manufacturing technique.
