This semi-acoustic guitar has a full-hollow body, it doesn't feature internal soundblocks which allow the AF95 to produce the rich, complex tones that are characteristic to full-hollow guitars. The Sure Grip III knobs have a nonslip functionality for precise control and have a smooth, classic look.

The Artcore 14 fret joint set-in neck is slim, comfortable to play, and has abalone inlays which match the elegant inlay on the wood tailpiece. The gold hardware ties the classic yet modern look of the Ibanez AF95 together, producing an overall aesthetic that is as visually pleasing as the full, rich tones it is capable of producing.
