Full Description

The BTB1405 has a 7-piece maple/bubinga/walnut neck with graphite reinforcement, topped with a rosewood fingerboard. The 24 medium frets have the Premium edge treatment for improved playing comfort and abalone off-set dot position inlays.

The bass features a Mono-Rail bridge, offering the ultimate in string-to-string isolation. Each string vibrates optimally without affecting the others. 19mm string spacing gives more freedom on the fretboard and comfortable access for finger picking and slapping.

The Nordstrand "Big Single" pickups give the clarity of single-coil pickups, and there is a 3-band EQ with mid-frequency switch fine-tuned specifically for the BTB. The fully independent bass, treble and mid controls have a wide boost/cut range, and there is a Neutrik® locking jack for a stable, secure connection with no risk of accidental disconnect or shock and vibration.
