The PRS SE Singlecut's mahogany body is complemented by a genuine, flat maple top with a flamed curly maple veneer and natural maple binding. This body configuration plus a wide, fat set mahogany 22-fret neck produces the resonant sustain and high-end bite that first made PRS famous.

The neck is smooth, fast and comfortable while the unique PRS 25" scale length is a great intermediate between other standard scales, allowing for both easy string bending and spot-on intonation. The medium jumbo frets have slightly flattened crowns, for a beautifully 'played-in' feel that feels right straight away. Access to the higher frets is made easy by the face scalloped body cutaway.

The dual bare custom wound humbuckers are unique to the SE Singlecut and extremely expressive, with an open, 'vintage' tonality. Screaming drive tones with loads of punch and dynamics, authentic crunch, and mellow, satisfying clean tones are on offer, with just a hint of extra sparkle.

PRS-designed components in the SE Singlecut include the sealed chrome tuners, high-sustain wraparound stoptail, and the unique crescent moon style dot position inlays.
