With its Crimson Red flamed Maple top, Ebony fingerboard and mother of pearl offset dot inlays, this guitar is very good looking. Featuring an EMG-81 active humbucker in the bridge position and an EMG-85 active humbucker in the neck position for all the great heavy rock tones you need. Along with the Floyd Rose tremolo system the Banshee 6 also features Grover tuners with an improved higher ratio gearing. The 18:1 ratio provides for finer tuning and greater stability. The finer gears provide smoother tuning and a higher degree of backlash elimination

The Ebony fretboard has a snappy, crisp attack with the density of Maple, but with more brittle grains. The stray overtones are absorbed into the oily pours, making the sound richer than that of a Maple fingerboard. The Maple and Walnut neck takes the bright tones of Maple and adds a dark tone from the Walnut.
