The Blackjack ATX Bass is equipped with a set of Seymour Duncan Blackouts soapbars, which were designed to give basses an incredibly aggressive sound and enhance their overall tone, power, and impact. Voiced with big bass tones in mind, the Blackouts soapbars deliver a huge dynamic range, with thunderous lows and crisp highs creating forceful raw energy and a super responsive performance. The pickups are designed with incredible balance across all strings to suit all playing styles. The Blackouts pickups are also equipped with an active 2-band EQ, offering the perfect level of control over your tone. Adjust the treble and bass frequencies to deliver a wide range of tones, from low noise, low distortion, and high headroom, all the way to crystal clear highs and a full frequency bass response.

Strong Mahogany Body

The Signature bass has a body constructed from high quality mahogany, producing powerful tones suitable for a variety of playing styles. The mahogany body offers a naturally rich, warm character, with a balance of grind and bite to create tights lows and appealing highs. The wood provides the bass with an excellent amount of depth, producing an incredible sustain to let notes sing. The guitar also features Schecter's custom hardtail bridge, with a string-through setup to enhance the overall sustain and resonance.

Maple Neck & Ebony Fingerboard

The maple wood provides the guitar with bright characteristics, creating a snappy attack in the midrange and a sizzling high end. When the strings are played hard, the wood adds extra layers of punch to the tone, while light to medium picking offers more clarity. The addition of an ebony fingerboard enhances the guitar with a beautifully bright, responsive attack, with its natural feel delivering a smooth performance and plenty of overtones. The neck’s thin 'C' profile is ideal for fast playing styles and speed runs, designed to allow the hand to naturally cup the neck for an incredibly comfortable playing experience.
