Tonepros Tune-O-Matic Bridge
Incorporating an innovative locking tune-o-matic bridge system the LTD AJ-7 eliminates the problem every guitarist who uses a tune-o-matic bridge will have encountered which is the lack of stability when the strings are removed which causes the bridge to fall off and minor unwanted adjustments to the bridge height to be made. However the locking tune-o-matic bridge makes that a thing of the past, with high tension springs fitted into the attachments the bridge now clips and locks into place without the use of tools and also increases sustain by up to 20 .
Active EMG Pickups
Wielding a powerful and versatile set of Active EMG 66-7H and 57-7H humbucking pickups the AJ-7 delivers a warm, deep and crisp tonality when in the 66-7H neck position and a punchy, present and defined tone when in the 57-7H bridge position. Constructed from steel pole peices and featuring Alnico V magnets the 66-7 and 57-7 humbucking pickups provide advanced detail and a truly meaty tone. String-Thru Construction
The ESP LTD AJ-7 incorporates a string-thru body construction to provide improved tonality and sustain by transferring vibrations and resonance from the string to the body as it goes over the tune-o-matic bridge and passes through the body.
