ESP LTD F-205FM, Walnut Brown Satin Overview

The ESP LTD F-205 Bass Guitar is crafted from basswood which offers comfortable play as well as fat, balanced tonal characteristics. The 5-piece bolt-on neck is made from both maple and jatoba, for a sturdy construction as well as offering bright and twangy tones with good definition. The roasted jatoba fingerboard provides great projection as well as pronounced mids and excellent sustain. This F Series bass is loaded with a pair of powerful ESP Designed SB-5 pickups which produce a punchy, full tone, ideal for heavy metal. For an iconic metal appearance, this bass features a striking F body shape with sharp contours and deep bevels. The LTD F-205's body features a walnut brown finish which allows the stunning grain of the flame maple to shine through.

Loaded with a pair of ESP Soapbar pickups in the bridge and neck position, this LTD bass delivers versatile and powerful tones, perfect for a variety of musical genres. Players can easily shape their tone using the 3-Band EQ, along with the volume and balance controls.

Lightweight Basswood Body

The F-205FM features a unique and striking body shape, as the sharp edges, and striking bevels create an outrageously metal appearance.This LTD Bass is crafted with a basswood body, which produces fat, yet balanced tones with excellent dynamics and definition. The basswood body is lightweight, while the double cutaway offers easy access to the higher frets, which contributes to a comfortable playing experience. The basswood is topped with flame maple, for enhanced brightness and clarity, and not forgetting the stunning aesthetics.

Flame Maple Top

The flame maple top adds a beautiful aesthetic to the guitar's appearance. The flame maple's grain is visible through the natural, walnut brown satin finish; which is sure to stand out under the stage lights.

5-Piece Maple/Jatoba Neck

The 5-piece neck is more resistant to warping than a classic 1-piece neck, making it durable and long lasting.
