Epiphone Dot Studio, Gloss Cherry, Chrome HW - Nearly New Overview

The Epiphone Dot Studio, Gloss Cherry is a stripped down, lightweight version of the classic Dot Archtop. The Studio models provide the iconic tone, playability and appearance of the original, but has a more basic and lightweight design that is ideal for studio artists and younger players too. The semi-hollow body features 2 'F' holes and a mahogany centre block, delivering a resonant tone with plenty of sustain. The SlimTaper 'D' neck is also made from mahogany, and it is paired with a rosewood fingerboard for soft, yet warm and articulate tones. Powered by a pair of Alnico Classic Humbuckers, the Epiphone Dot has an incredibly vintage tonal range, with volume and tone controls to dial in a wide array of sonic variations. For a beautifully vintage appearance, the Dot Studio has a chrome hardware and a stand-out, vibrant Gloss Cherry finish.

The Dot Studio gives players the exact same sound and quality of the ES-335 in a stripped down studio model made of Mahogany. Similar to Epiphone's Les Paul Studio, the Dot Studio has all the tone and functionality needed to be a versatile recording guitar.

The Epiphone Dot Studio's Mahogany body and Rosewood fingerboard gives sustain and resonance with the semi-hollow design for a whole, full tone. The original Dot style from Gibson has been present on many classic recordings from the 1960s to the modern day. The Dot puts that classic sound and over 40 years of refinements in your hands, the Epiphone way.
