Comfortable Body Shape

The S6570SK is part of Ibanez's Prestige family, and is made in Japan using three principles, including precision, performance, and playability. The S6570SK features a mahogany body, mounted with silky oak top for an exotic appearance that will stand out from any crowd. Players will love the elegant contours, that provide a comfortable performance, ideal for any level. In addition, a single cutaway design offers easier access to the higher frets and flexibility across the whole rosewood fingerboard.

Smooth Neck Profile

The S6570SK Prestige Electric Guitar is equipped with a 5-piece neck made up maple and walnut, along with KTS titanium rods. This combination of tonewoods and KTS provides iron-like strength for enhanced neck stability and a longer sustain, that will not warp over time. The use of Ibanez's own Super Wizard HP neck profile makes the S6570SK extremely playable and optimised for lead guitarists. The nature of this thinner neck helps to perform swift and nimble guitar runs seamlessly whilst retaining enough substance to ensure a thick and full resonance when playing rhythm patterns and chords, for a smooth performance. A bound marbled rosewood fingerboard is also included, mounted with jumbo stainless steel frets. For added playability, each fret is finished with Ibanez's prestige fret edge treatment, specially rounded for a smooth play and a comfortable neck.

Angled Headstock

Like many guitars from Ibanez, the S6570SK features an angled headstock, which not only provides a stylish appearance, but also offers better string pressure. By increasing the string pressure on the strings, it helps them stay in the nut slots, and decreases loss of string vibration between the nut and the tuners for better sustain and smooth playability.

Trio of DiMarzio Pickups

Players can achieve a full host of versatile tones thanks to the trio of DiMarzio pickups, including Air Norton, True Velvet and The Tone Zone. The Air Norton offers deep and warm tone with superb harmonics, while the True Velvet offers a balanced tone with clarity. Finally, the Tone Zone delivers a wide dynamic range with a powerful projection, and perfect for solos and main riffs. This versatile combination of pickups are easy to control, with the volume and tone controls and the 5-way position blade.
