Misha Mansoor is an American guitarist primarily known for being the lead guitarist of Periphery. Mansoor has spent the last ten years specialising in progressive metal and djent groove metal, and is currently working his first solo album. Along with Steve Vai, both guitarists were selected to feature on the Halo 2 Soundtrack.
Compound Radius Fingerboard
This Pro series signature model features a compound-radius fingerboard, crafted from ebony. This new innovative design means the fingerboard is gradually flatter toward the neck heel, and more rounded profile at the nut. This makes for comfortable and natural-feeling chording and riffing near the nut, with optimal shred articulation and bending nearer the heel.
Jackson MM1 Pickups
This Misha Mansoor signature guitar is equipped with two Jackson MM1 pickups, that deliver a killer sound with a superb output. Mansoor spent considerable time collaborating with Jackson to develop these new pickups, and offer the best tone possible to his fans. Achieving the perfect tone is easy, with a master volume and master tone control with push/pull select, and five-way blade switch.
