The RedSub FN5 Bass Guitar, Satin Black is designed with a high quality USA basswood body, which makes for a light and reliable bass body, whilst the gloss finish makes for an attractive instrument. This body provides a balanced sound with a strong mid-range, this is complimented by dual humbuckers with individual volume and tone controls, allowing you to blend a range of sounds to suit your style. The bridge pickup provides clarity and cuts through with high end which is perfect for rock and metal. This is complimented by a neck pickup which offers a fuller and deeper tone suited to jazz and reggae. Both are designed to handle the lower frequencies of the lower 5th string.
Maple Neck and Individually Adjustable Bridge
The RedSub FN5 Bass Guitar boasts a smooth and reliable maple neck with a curved heel where the neck joins the body, allowing easy and comfortable access to all 24 extra jumbo frets. The modern C shaped carve of the neck makes the FN Bass guitar easy to play no matter the style. Featuring a fully adjustable chrome bridge, the FN Bass allows each string to be set up and properly intonated, making the bass easily able to be set up to the players specific preference. Combine this with a slightly longer 34.5" scale, and responsive graphite nut and you have a big sounding instrument that wont let you down no matter what tuning you choose.
