Schecter's Damien Elite-7 FR is a well balanced guitar from aggressive crunchy sounds to rich, clean tones, perfect for the modern day player. The body's arched top contour provides a great resonance, enhancing the natural tones of the body wood, whilst the natural beauty of the Flamed Maple provides a great look.The Mahogany body offers naturally warm tones, with a touch of bite for creating tights lows and appealing highs.
Maple Neck, Rosewood Fingerboard
The 3-piece Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard has been designed with a thin "C" shape for a smooth, fast play. The Maple/Rosewood combination produces warm, soft tones with sparkling highs and thick lows. It also comes with many other features including Grover tuners and a pearloid gothic inlay on the fretboard.
EMG Humbuckers
It has 2 EMG active pickups, producing rich, full bodied tones and a great organic sound. An EMG 81 humbucker features powerful ceramic magnets with close aperture coils to deliver incredible detail with a high end cut and massive amounts of sustain. The EMG 85 humbucker features close aperture coils with alnico V magnets to produce a powerfully versatile tone with plenty of growl and smooth leads.
Floyd Rose Special Tremolo
Floyd Rose are one of the leading manufacturers of guitar bridges, using top of the range design techniques to craft outstanding quality parts. With a design that has stood strong for over 30 years, the Floyd Rose Special allows you to adjust the string tension and pitch to create unique sounds such as dive bombs. The bridge works in tangent with the locking nut for increase string stability and prevents the strings from detune after excessive bending.
