Key Features
The Strymon Lex V2 Rotary Effect Pedal is here to provide you with a complete, accurately reproduced rotary speaker effect. Bringing the past straight into the present, it perfectly captures that vintage spirit. The Lex will recreate the low-frequency bass rotor, the rotating treble horn, the tube-driven amplifier and even the finely tuned microphone placements! Even better, you can shape the interaction between all these elements to create the sounds you desire.
On top of its old-school effect, the Lex V2 offers a host of functionality features that will make it a permanent fixture on your pedalboard. First up is the option for stereo in / out and switchable bypass modes, letting you decide exactly how it interacts with your signal chain. Added to that is its MIDI capability, allowing you to remotely control the pedal for a seamless performance. Sterling sonics, peerless functionality, the Lex V2 is the number one choice for a professional rotary effect.
Nearly New: This product may have been opened for quality control purposes, returned by a customer, refurbished, or may have non-essential parts or software missing. Otherwise, the product operates as new. This is a great opportunity to buy a fully functioning product at a discounted price.

Shape your rotary sound. A powerful series of controls allow you to create the exact rotary sound that's in your head. Set the mic position and distance, your dry level, acceleration speed of the effect, and add in a volume boost or cut.
In particular, the horn level dial will affect the output and high frequency of the rotating horn, turn it up to really pierce a mix, or ease it off to enjoy mellower frequencies. Paired with the volume knob, you can easily set the +/-6dB boost or cut to find your ideal place in live and studio settings.
Sound in motion. One of the joys of rotary is the swirling momentum it affords your music, and the Lex V2 makes is easy to control this. Seamlessly shift between a slow or fast rotating speed with a dedicated slow / fast switch. Bring the rotary train to a full stop by pressing and holding the slow/fast switch - it will gradually brake the speed until it stops - then let go and let it ramp back up the tempo!
Dialling in your individual slow/fast speeds couldn't be easier. Press the slow/fast footswitch to select your desired setting, then adjust the Speed knob to the appropriate setting. Press the footswitch again to set another mode, and after you're done, the slow/fast switch will now pivot between your custom speeds!
Full digital implementation. The Lex V2 allows you to control just about every switch, knob and setting remotely by sending MIDI commands from your controller or DAW via Lex's EXP/MIDI jack or USB-C connection. Set the rotary speed via MIDI clock Sync and save that for each preset! Remotely bypass or engage the pedal, automate its knob adjustments, or recall unique presets for each song. MIDI capability truly unlocks a new level of customisation for performers.
The ultimate performer pedal. Strymon have always got your convenience in mind, which is why they’ve installed the Lex V2 with both True and Buffered Bypass. By default, it will be in True Bypass for a completely uncoloured, untouched signal path while the pedal is off. However, if you’re a pedalhead and have a longer cable run, then the Blue Sky has you covered. Buffered Bypass mode helps preserve the high frequencies that often get lost as a result of longer signal paths, so the Blue Sky ensures you’re ready to perform.
