The Vintage V100MR Icon in Distressed Lemon Drop pays tribute to a legendary blues guitarist, with its reverse-mounted neck humbucker, vintage-inspired tones, and retro look. Despite its highly accessible price-point, the Vintage V100MR features quality tonewoods, stable and reliable Wilkinson hardware, and a smooth playability for discerning players. The V100MR features a warm and resonant mahogany body with a mahogany set-in neck for long sustain. A true maple cap provides additional bright overtones and top-end, while the maple veneer gives a classy aesthetic to help you stand out on stage. The tonewoods are enhanced by Wilkinson WVVZ humbuckers which provide vintage-style nuance; perfect for classic rock and blues. The reverse-mounted neck pickup lets you achieve an 'out of phase' middle-position tone which pays tribute to an iconic guitarist from blues guitar history. The Tune-o-matic tailpiece is also a Wilkinson design, as are the tuning machineheads, so you'll be guaranteed stable tuning. A graphite nut also assists with the tuning stability, while the 3-way pickup selector and dual volume/tone arrangement provides access to a wide range of sounds.
