The rhythm function provides a total of 66 Rhythm/Song Patterns and rivals that of dedicated units. Whether it's a first amp, or warm-up amp for the road or in your rehearsal space, for practicing using the patterns as a metronome, or even as a rhythm box, it's possible with this conveniently sized amp.

Amazing Rhythm Features

The ten Rhythm Patterns include not just standards such as 8 beat, 16 beat, and blues; but also funk, reggae, and even complex irregular patterns. There's also one song pattern containing an extended, multi-measure drum part. Each Rhythm Pattern and Song Pattern has six types of variation, totalling 66 rhythm variations. They give serious sound quality with excellent presence. You can control the tempo and volume of each rhythm pattern and quickly recall the rhythm pattern you want. The "Rhythm" section helps as a guide and to bring riffs and ideas or just jam along.

Enhanced Amp Performance

The AC1 Rhythm Vox boasts gain, tone, and volume controls. It has a pair of three-inch speakers and the amp itself is based on the analog circuitry developed for the best-selling amPlug series of headphone amps. There's even an OVERDRIVE switch to give more sonic variation and a serious high-gain sound, or you can switch it off for a bright, clean sound.

Packed with Extras

The AC1 Rhythm Vox also boasts a dedicated E-string tuner to help you keep in tune. Use the headphone jack for practice in silence, which is great especially at night. Connect your MP3 player or other external audio source to the AUX IN jack and jam along with songs from your favourite band. The amp's convenient battery power lets you take it where you want, or you could use an optional AC adapter (not included).
