And it's all thanks to its meticulous circuit design, giving it all the power, punch, and clarity that the performers need out of their amplifier. The innovative VET modelling technology maintains exceptional sound quality with every note you play, projecting with 50 watts of power through the first-rate 12" Celestion speaker. Not only this, but each individual amp model sounds totally authentic, along with a LINE type to support electro-acoustics and even keyboards. So your tone will ooze with rich character in absolutely every performance.

It doesn't end there. Because Vox have ensured that the Cambridge 50 offers the distinctive response of an all-tube design, right from the preamp. The circuit features a Nutube, using electro-luminescent technology to mimic the same characteristics as a conventional vacuum tube in a much more practical fashion. What this means, is that your distorted tones will possess the same compression as a genuine tube amp, perfectly capturing what made us fall in love with them; the feel. And, with Nutube, there's no maintenance required to preserve your tone and the design is super-lightweight, bringing even more unique advantages to your rig.
