External Device Connection

The CLP 675 features the Bluetooth audio technology. Opening up a new world of apps to enhance your experience. The user-friendly set-up allows you to connect your smartphone or tablet to a series of bespoke apps such as Chord Tracker which analyses your favourite songs and calculates the chords and displaying them for you to play. Includes optional wireless connection to iOS devices.

Binaural Sampling Technology

Yamaha’s advanced binaural sampling technology gives the player a fully immersive concert grand experience - even with headphones. The technology uses samples from the CFX, Yamaha’s acclaimed concert grand piano, recorded with specialised microphones that capture locational information and other nuances discerned by the human ear. The resulting sound is so natural that you’ll forget you’re even wearing headphones. Once you choose the Yamaha CFX Grand Voice and put headphones on, the binaural sampled sound is automatically ready and no additional settings are required. Now you can fully enjoy the concert grand experience at home, with or without headphones.

An Immersive Concert Experience

After decades of research and development, Yamaha’s advanced Binaural Sampling Technology is now available on the Clavinova for the first time. The technology uses carefully recorded samples form the acclaimed CFX grand piano. Prudently recorded to capture locational information and the slightest nuances discerned by the human ear. The CFX technology produces a sound so authentic and so enveloping, that you’ll forget you’re wearing headphones at all.

The Virtual Resonance Modelling

The Virtual Resonance Modelling technology optimises your piano’s resonance. In an acoustic piano each note blends with the next for natural swell and decay of sound. The VRM uses an advanced register to measure the strings’ distance and interaction with each other. It can also calculate the intensity of your performance and add an appropriate decay of each note. This gives the CLP675 a more acoustic feel with textured tones, removing any unnatural breaks in sound.

Delivery

Standard Courier Delivery

When you add this product to your shopping basket, you will be provided with our standard courier delivery option. This will deliver the piano to the front door on the ground floor of your house or building. This service will not deliver the piano into your home. *Please note that if there is not a ground floor entrance we may not be able to deliver there. You may also need to help the delivery driver as this product comes packaged in large boxes. This may not be suitable if you are unable to help the driver if required, or if you need the piano delivering upstairs. Please consider whether this is the most appropriate delivery service for you, as other delivery options are available at an additional cost.

2 Man Delivery Service

The delivery personnel will deliver the piano to a ground room floor of your choice, rather than just the front door. Please note that this service will take a few days longer than the standard courier. If you would require a 2 man delivery service, please contact us on 0330 365 4444 for further information.

Delivery and Installation Service

This service can be arranged on an ad-hoc basis via a specialist piano delivery company. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed until we have made arrangements with the delivery company.
