Authentic Hammer Action Keys

The DP70U features 88 full size weighted keys, which are comparative to an acoustic piano. The hammer action style offers even pressure between the black and white notes, making it easier to play in keys with a combination of both black and white notes. A touch response feature is also added to this piano to give depth to every performance. This is fully adjustable, with Hard, Normal and Soft functions available to suit everybody's personal piano technique.

A Multitude of Effects

The DP70U offers a variety of functions that prove valuable and useful to the piano. 11 voices combined with a split and layer function give the performer a digital ensemble at their fingertips. The numerous effects on the piano such as reverb and chorus add to the brilliance. Even without a player, the piano can play 60 preset songs that have been programmed in to the instrument. As well as this, the pedal board includes 3 pedals: soft, sostenuto and sustain pedals. This pedal layout is similar to almost all top pianos, adding to the authentic performance experience.

Attractive Cabinet

Whether this digital piano is being used at home, in a school or other public place, the cabinet is built not only to be extremely durable but also to look great in whatever scenario. The raised back on the DP70U gives it the classic upright piano feel. The piano lid features a "non-slamming" mechanism, buffering the lid before it meets the key bed. This makes it practically impossible to accidentally drop the lid. Added on to the underside of the lid is a music rest, suitable to hold all kinds of sheet music with ease.

This piano is technologically advanced and caters for every situation possible. The DP70U features MIDI in and out through 5 pin MIDI sockets, as well as a USB2 output for connecting straight to a computer. This is great for using the keyboard as a MIDI controller or for recording purposes. The Auxiliary In accepts inputs from MP3 players or ipods so you can play along with your favourite songs, while the Auxiliary Out allows you to hook up to any speaker system available.

Courier Delivery

This option is a 'to your door' service. You may need to help the delivery driver as this product comes packaged in large boxes!

There are several options to select, including AM and Saturday services. This option may not be suitable if you are unable to help the driver if required, or if you need the piano delivering upstairs but you don't have anyone else available to help.

2 Man Delivery Service

If you select this option, two delivery personnel will deliver the piano boxes to any ground floor room of your choice, rather than just your front door. Please note that this service will take a few days longer than the standard courier service and the courier company will call you to arrange a convenient delivery date after you have placed the order.
