An impressive rhythm section brings full-ensemble accompaniments in almost every musical style imaginable, allow you to play with the world's most versatile backing band. 540 built-in rhythms have impressive audio quality straight from the recording studio, and with a USB option you can play along with MP3, WAV and SMF files.

The Virtual Tone Wheel sound engine puts legendary organ tones at your fingertips, with front-panel harmonic bars and a rotary effect for authentic organ performance. Equipped for the future, the BK-9 includes a User Tone area, ready to store upcoming BK Series sound collections.

Adapt your sound

Playing gigs at different venues can bring surprises on arrival, with some having better acoustic qualities than others. The BK-9 includes two mastering processors so you can adapt the sound of the rhythm and real-time sections to suit the acoustics of the venue.

Five multi-effects engines offer a huge range of sound processing abilities. Instantly adjust the levels of the rhythm and real-time parts and MFX parameters by using the harmonic bars on the front panel.

Powerful creative tools

Whether you're using the BK-9 for performance, song composition, or home enjoyment, the ability to entertain is endless. A convenient XLR mic input features phantom power, a dedicated reverb effect and front-panel controls that can be easily accessed for a fast set-up. A Video Out jack allows you to display embedded MP3 and SMF lyrics and chord symbols on an external monitor, great for karaoke. USe the Video Out to display photo slideshows, so your audience can enjoy images whilst listening to your music.

Roland Wireless Connect

Using the optional Roland WNA1100-RL Wireless USB Adapter, you can connect your iOS gear cable-free to use with many of Roland's free apps and have fun jamming, capturing performances, displaying lyrics and finding exciting tones and rhythms.
