The Alto TS208 PA Speaker features a high-power rating of 1,100 watts providing you with exceptional audio performance that will fill small to mid-sized venues with ease. At the heart of this 8-inch powered loudspeaker is a Class-D amplifier that provides exceptional power and audio performance while remaining lightweight. The TS2 range from Alto provides the perfect balance between audio performance and a range of unique, on-board features.

Custom-Engineered Class D Amplifiers

The bi-amplified design provides you with a precision active crossover and an integrated EQ, allowing you to cater to a range of environments and spaces. The speaker itself is comprised of an 8-inch LF driver with a 2-inch high-temperature voice coil, providing a powerful low-end that will carry in any room. The 1-inch neodymium HF driver provides a precision waveguide for optimal dispersion, ensuring every part of the room is filled with music. The custom engineered high-efficiency class D amplifier features passive cooling design, ensuring your speaker runs as quiet and clean as possible, resulting in improved reliability and signal integrity.

Integrated 2-Channel Mixer

One of the most unique and convenient features of the loudspeaker is the onboard 2-channel mixer complete with dual XLR 1/4-inch combo mic/line inputs and independent level controls. The 2-channel mixer allows you to run both microphones and line input equipment such as keyboard directly through the speaker, eliminating the need for an external mixer and other equipment. Each of the inputs comes complete with its own dedicated level controls for added convenience, allowing you to dial in the required volume by accessing the back of the speaker.

Design & Connectivity

The trapezoidal cabinet design makes the TS208 ideal for a range of applications from live music gigs to other environments such as business seminars, houses of worship and more. The robust design is compact and highly lightweight for its design, making transporting your speaker easier than ever before. The angled rear panel means the speaker is also ideal for wedge monitor applications, making it one of the most versatile loudspeakers available. The Alto STS208 also features electronic clip, thermal and transducer overdrive protection ensuring you can push your speaker to the max, without the fear of it cutting out. The rear of the speaker features an XLR Link output as well as a ground-lift switch and a contour switch for increased EQ control. Additionally, the speaker features integral M6 suspension points allowing you to mount the speaker on a stand or pole.
