The Audix UEM81C Electret Cardioid Condenser Microphone is not dependent on phantom power to run, and operates on a single, inexpensive AA battery. Well suited for a wide variety of vocal and instrument applications, the UEM81C features clear, accurate response, flexibility to handle close or distant miking, and is designed to isolate itself from ambient noise.

Aluminium Body and Capsule Housing

The Audix UEM81C Electret Cardioid Condenser Microphone features a machined aluminium body and capsule housing, black e-coat finish, interchangeable threaded capsule and snap to fit composite clip. Very easy to position, durable and manufactured with high standards and tight tolerances, the Audix UEM81C is also equipped with an on-off switch as well as a bass roll-off switch, and delivers a wide frequency response of 40Hz to 20kHz.
