Integrated 16-Track Recorder

Users can simply plug a USB stick into the inputs located on the back of the mixer and press record on the 16-track recorder interface to capture live performances and home recording sessions.

Superior Preamp Design

Fitted with 8 mic preamps, the mixer offers a huge 130 dB of dynamic range and an extensive bandwidth from below 10Hz through to and above 200kHz. These state-of-the-art preamps provides the UFX1604 with a superior, crystal clear performance.

British Inspiration

Much like the compressor, the Xenyx UFX1604 mixer features a channel EQ based on the legendary sound of the British consoles from the 1960s and '70s. The channel EQ takes inspiration from the classic circuitry for signals that allow incredibly warm and detailed musical character.

Stereo Multi-FX Processors

In addition to the musical EQ parameters, the UFX1604 also features 2 high end multi-FX processors with 16 editable presets on both. These presets included excellent reverbs, chorus, flanger, delay, phaser, multi-effects and tap functionality. Each effect is controlled and monitored via dedicated level metres, making mixing easy.

Compression Made Easy

To achieve sonic balance within your sound, the levels must be compressed to reduce the dynamic range of the sound source. The technique of finding the right balance can be difficult but with the 'one-knob' compression feature on the UFX1604, users of any level can dial the perfect amount of compression for their mix.
