The Viewer’s Edition Microphone is the culmination of years of research and crowdsourced decisions for the unique design. Project Element was conceived from the opinions of over 4000 musicians, engineers and music producers. These artists helped to advise on over 36,000 data-points, ensuring their suggestions were taken in at every step of development. The Element is a premium quality condenser microphone that accurately reflects the wants and needs of the general public and certainly does not disappoint.
Unique sound, eye-catching design
The Aston Element Microphone was curated by the Aston Voter’s Team, basing the design on the votes and decisions of Aston enthusiasts. The unique design embodies element from multiple microphone types. The microphone is not the conventional condenser, ribbon or dynamic design; it utilises a unique and specially-developed capsule to deliver the distinctive sound.
The custom “active moving coil” technology provides an ultra-speedy transient response as well as an extended low-end response. The resulting sound is warm and detailed with immersive sound staging. The Element also boasts a magnetic pop shield. This can be set up in seconds. Long gone are the awkward days of having to attach pop shields to your microphone stand and constantly adjust them.
