The Disting offers a variety of CV and audio processors, as well as a selection of function generators including LFOs and VCOs. Featuring 2 high precision input and outputs, plus a third control input, the Disting MK4 offers a wide range of functionality, making it the ideal utility module for your modular system. Situated on the front is a MicroSD card slot allowing playback of wav and MIDI files. Currently, the Expert Sleepers Disting features 76 distinct algorithms including quantiser, dual waveshaper, sample and hold, slew rate limiter, clockable delay/echo, reverb, chorus, MIDI/CV, and much more. The Expert Sleepers Disting MK4 is an all-in one toolkit that is useful for anyone starting out with a small or medium sized system. It is the ideal module for a live performer, as it does so much, and essentially replaces other single function modules, leaving more room for your much needed favourite modules.

The 2 knobs allows you to switch between the different functions, and control the amount of effect. They are clickable as well as rotatable. The dot matrix screen is capable of showing text and numeric values, providing you with a more informative view when browsing through settings. The Disting currently features 76 distinct algorithms that allow for an unbelievable amount of functionality, with more being added in the future. The algorithms cover a vast range of utilities, CV/gate processing and triggering, plus audio and MIDI file playback. Along with this, the Disting provides you with a range of useful elements needed for audio synthesis including envelopes, filters, LFOs, adder, multiple FX, and more. Thanks to firmware updates, more functionality will be added in the future, making this a timeless module.
The MK4 version of the Disting features an aesthetically pleasing design. The illuminated jack sockets provide you with visual feedback of signals. Its dot matrix screen provides a much more informative view, allowing you to easily see which function is currently active. The 2 potentiometers are durable, and rotate fully with the addition of push control.
