The DiMarzio Super Distortion® Humbucker Guitar Pickup is a powerful and versatile replacement pickup for the electric guitar. As its name suggests, the Super Distortion® was created to push a tube amp into huge levels of overdrive, making it perfect for many styles of rock and metal. The pickup delivers a warm and expressive tone with excellent bass response, boosted midrange frequencies and clear highs, ideal for both clean and distorted guitar playing. This pickup is uncovered with Green coils, and features "F-spaced" pole pieces to suit Fender® guitars and other instruments with wider string spacing.

View Full DescriptionThe DiMarzio Super Distortion® Humbucker is made using high quality Ceramic magnets, providing a balanced and focused sound with incredible power. Designed for the bridge position in solid body guitars, the Super Distortion® works best when combined with a slightly lower-gain neck pickup, but can also be effective in the neck position if using an even hotter bridge pickup.
