sE X1 Condenser Microphone

The sE X1 Condenser Microphone is a professional-grade condenser microphone featuring a large-diaphragm, gold-sputtered capsule. The X1s capsule is hand-crafted and hand-tuned by professional technicians at the sE factory, ensuring optimal audio performance. The wide frequency range ensures you capture every nuance of your source audio, ideal for studio-grade recordings.

The versatile capsule also allows you to record a wide range of sources from vocals and strings to acoustic instruments and percussion. The X1 also includes a 10dB pad and a low-cut bass filter for added convenience when it comes to recording. Additionally, the microphone comes complete with a standard mic clip.

sE Electronics RF-X Reflexion Filter X

Also featured in this bundle is the sE Electronics RF-X Reflexion Filter X. This specially-designed reflection filter is ideal for improving your recording quality. The semi-cervical design minimises background noise and helps to create a clearer and more refined sound when recording. The RF-X is constructed from lighter materials than its predecessors, while maintain its durability and performance value.

The four-layer acoustic filter design is comprised of ab outer vented composite panel, a wool fabric layer and an air gap layer with an inner acoustic foam layer. This specialised design helps to reduce unwanted background noise and improve the overall quality of your vocal recordings.

Shock mount and filter kit

The bundle comes complete with a shock mount, filter kit and a 3m microphone cable to get you started straight out of the box. The shock-mount helps to hold your microphone in place, providing optimal stability and minimising operational noise while in use. The MAYA22 features 2 analog input and output channels with RCA connectors plus a headphone output with a 1/4'' connector for monitoring purposes.

One of the most unique features of the MAYA22 is the ability to record microphone and guitar signals simultaneously. This is a convenient feature for bands who wish to record demos or simultaneous takes while playing a single song. The interface also feature a line input and output for connecting other external devices.

The interface itself features dual AD/DA converters featuring ADB with 102dB dynamic range and DAC with 108dB dynamic range for maximum flexibility and the best audio response.

The interface will work with most modern computer systems including Mac and Windows operating systems and features support for latency drivers including WDM, ASIO 2.0 and CoreAudio. The MAYA22 is also bus powered which means no need for an external power supply, perfect for taking the interface on the road with you.
