Drum Kit Packages

A drum kit package includes the drum shells with extras such as hardware, cymbals, or bags that you might ordinarily need to buy separately. The drums themselves plus extras on top, but not enough to form a complete kit. Other items that may be in a drum kit package are silencing pads, kick pedals or extra individual drums, turning a 5-piece kit into a 6 or 7-piece, for example.

A drum kit package saves you money in the long run, as buying the parts separately can typically be more expensive by comparison. Drum kit packages also allow you to get everything you need if you already have the missing part. For example, a shell pack with hardware has the benefit of the same brand throughout your setup, but allows you to use your own cymbals.

Drum kit packages are for all levels of drummers, as they each come with different items at different prices for specific requirements. They benefit beginner drummers looking for their first full-sized kit but want to buy some parts separately. Intermediate drummers that already have some key elements from their first kit, but just need new shells and some extras like bags etc., can upgrade too. Even more advanced players can use packages to get a great deal on extras, like bags.
