Jack Casady is renowned for his distinctive tone. The Jack Casady Signature bass features a JCB-1 low impedance, low output pickup and employs a three-position transformer to shape the frequency response. As the name suggests, this pickup produces a pure sound that active electronics cannot match.
The ultimate instrument for any touring bassists. The Epiphone Jack Casady Bass features a maple hollow-body, along with a mahogany center-block. With a hollow construction and classic F-holes, the sound is much more resonant and warm when compared to a solid-body design. It's lighter too -allowing you to perform for much longer without that agonising shoulder strain!
