Bare Knuckle Aftermath Pickups
The Bare Knuckle Aftermath 7 Pickups are a set of exceptionally high quality UK hand wired pickups that provide a detailed and articulate tonal response. Designed for use in heavy music styles the Aftermath humbuckers deliver a punchy middle response, sharp pick attack and long sustain making them great for both lead and rhythm licks.
Wizard Neck Profile
The use of Ibanez's own Wizard 7 neck allows for the Prestige RGD7UC to be extremely playable and optimized for lead guitarists as the thin nature of the neck helps to perform swift and nimble guitar runs seamlessly whilst retaining enough substance to ensure a thick and full resonance when playing rhythm patterns and chords.
Tight-End R Bridge
The Tight-End R bridge was designed specifically for the Ibanez RG flat top models. A marked improvement over the conventional fixed bridge, the Tight-End R delivers both playability and rock-solid stability. Saddles firmly locked onto the base plate maximize string vibration transmitted to the body. The smooth bridge surface protects the strumming hand no matter how aggressively you play. Simple saddle height and intonation adjustments ensure accurate set-up.
Bevelled Cutaway Horns
Besides lightening the weight of the body, the bold horn bevelled cut provides full, comfortable access to the higher frets. The taper of these horns greatly improves player comfort at the upper end up the fretboard.
