The Barnes and Mullins 'The Calthorpe 'Ukulele Soprano has a distinctive flamed Maple design that is featured on the back sides and neck. The neck is comfortable to hold and is designed to encourage maximum comfort and playability.

The fretboard is Ebony, a tonewood that is revered for its ability to provide more tightness and definition, whilst bringing great tone and clarity. With Mother of Pearl inlays the Calthorpe makes it even easier for the player to manoeuvre and explore the fretboard.
