It works in semitones, allowing you to lower your tuning by between one semitone and an octave when you press the switch. This means you could go from drop D to drop D an octave lower instantaneously.
It adds a wealth of options to your tonal range, allowing you to access those deeper, darker tones. When added into your songs, you'll be able to introduce a different dynamic, introducing more voicings to your riffs and making them truly shine.
