The Epiphone ES-339 Pro Guitar Nickel HW, Vintage Sunburst is designed with a reduced body size to provide an even more comfortable and playable guitar. The ES-339 Pro features a semi-hollow body construction, with classic 'F' holes which add to the guitar's aesthetics as well as enhancing the sound with airiness. With a laminated maple body and a solid centre block, the Epiphone ES-339 delivers bright and twangy charactersitics, as well as plenty of sustain for the classic bell-like tone that will ring for days. The ES-339 Pro Guitar has a SlimTaper D profile mahogany neck, so that the artist can smoothly navigate the rosewood fingerboard. To achieve the classic tone of the original ES models, the ES-339 PRO is loaded with a pair of Alnico Classic PRO Pickups for a versatile tone. The Epiphone ES-339 Pro Nickel has a Vintage Sunburst finish and a black pickguard, providing a rock classic that is reminiscent of the late 50s scene.

The ES-339 was originally developed to appeal to players that always wanted the sound and look of an ES-335 semi-hollow, but found the large size too uncomfortable to play. Featuring a much smaller body, the ES-339 still delivers the iconic tone associated with its bigger brother, but will feel much more at home in the arms of players familiar with smaller solid body electric guitars. With the ES-339 Pro, Epiphone offer the same great looks and sound but at a much more affordable price point. A pair of Alnico Classic PRO humbuckers yield edge, crunchy power in buckets - whilst the smaller body and mahogany centre block ensure that feedback won't ruin your performance. To ensure ultimate versatility, a coil tap allows players to utilise single coil tones more often associated with Stratocaster or Telecaster guitars.
